ChamberLivePRO is a revolutionary service division of Broider Consulting Group (BCG).  As a company, BCG is focused on developing and providing innovative solutions that save Chambers and their members time and money, while driving revenue opportunities.

After conducting extensive market research in 2008, BCG uncovered some hard-hitting trends within the Chamber Industry, including the effects of social networking initiatives on Chambers and new breed of online consumer behavior that's contributing to membership retention issues.  The study's results were clear - a new, affordable service platform was needed to enhance Chamber's ability to service their communities.  After years of proving itself across many industries, a Live Chat platform was the perfect answer, but adding a full Live Chat division seemed to be a cost-prohibitive option form many Chambers.   From this, ChamberLivePRO was introduced by BCG in 2009 to enhance Chambers of Commerce  ability to provide superior service to their local communities and add significant value to their membership.
